He/She will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the reliability of the company's accounting and financial operations, while ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory obligations.
Missions :
- Coordinate Accounting ;
- Ensure compliance with Accounting and Tax standards ;
- Guarantee the Reliability of accounts ;
- He works closely with the administrative and financial manager.
HIERARCHY : He is under the authority of the Administrative and Financial Manager
Responsabilités
Supervise accounting operations ;
- The activities of the various accounting cycles
- The proper application of internal procedures ;
- Management of fixed assets ;
- Monitoring of spare parts inventory
- Monitoring of finished and work-in-progress product inventory ;
- Prepare Tax and Social Declarations ;
- Responsible for monthly and annual account closures ;
- Coordinate the work of the Auditors ;
- Various Accounting Operations ;
Others :
- In connection with the Head of the Transit Service, ensure the management and monitoring of payments to foreign suppliers (transfers). Conduct periodic reconciliations between the import and export invoices declared at the transit level.
- Monitoring and Processing of Transfers abroad of salaries for expatriate staff
- Monitoring and processing of salaries for resident staff.
