1. Main mission
Develop and drive the overall business strategy of AFRI RH across all its services:
Recruitment & talent hunting
Temporary work & placement
Payroll management
Professional training (in-person / digital learning / 3FPT)
Training engineering and funded projects
HR consulting & GPEC
IPM AFRI RH
Services for expatriates and international staffing
While ensuring the design, structuring, and management of AFRI RH's training offers.
He/she embodies a strategic role, combining commercial leadership, pedagogical engineering, and management of complex projects.
2. Key responsibilities
A. Business development across all AFRI RH services
• Define and execute the overall business strategy.
• Actively prospect companies in key sectors (construction, mining, industry, services, NGOs, funders). Market all AFRI RH offers: recruitment, temporary work, training, payroll, HR consulting, IPM AFRI RH.
• Identify, negotiate, and conclude local and international business partnerships.
• Build a sustainable key accounts portfolio.
• Lead negotiations with high-level decision-makers (CEO, HR Director, CFO, Project Managers).
• Ensure AFRI RH's presence at trade shows, forums, HR events, and sector events.
B. Training engineering & design of pedagogical solutions
• Conduct HR/Training audits and diagnostics.
• Design customized programs (in-person, e-learning, blended).
• Develop content, frameworks, and educational materials.
• Develop certification pathways aligned with professions (construction, mining, industry).
• Prepare and optimize 3FPT files.
• Select, evaluate, and manage a network of trainers and experts.
• Ensure quality compliance (ISO, donor standards, contractual requirements).
C. Management and oversight of training projects
• Manage training projects from launch to closure.
• Plan sessions, coordinate internal teams, supervise deliverables.
• Ensure administrative management in coordination with the 3FPT.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, satisfaction indicators, and performance.
• Ensure operational relationships with international donors.
D. Management & internal coordination
• Supervise the sales team and the training team. Ensure internal skill development (sales methods, instructional design).
• Drive a sales dynamic based on objectives and results.
• Prepare and co-facilitate management committees on sales and training topics.
E. Monitoring, innovation & development of offers
• Identify new market demands (West Africa).
• Actively participate in the commercial development of AFRI RH entities in the sub-region.
• Market the services of the IPM.
Training & Experience
- Master's degree in Training Engineering, Management, HR, Education Sciences or equivalent.
- Certifications in instructional design, project management or business development (a plus).
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in:
- B2B business development,
- Professional training,
- Instructional design,
- Management of funded or international projects. - Proven experience in a training/HR firm, a multinational or a donor.
Technical skills
- Mastery of consultative selling techniques (B2B).
- Expertise in training engineering (APC, ADDIE, AFEST…).
- Mastery of funding mechanisms: 3FPT required.
- Ability to write complex technical proposals and tenders.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
Soft skills
- Strategic leadership.
- Strong results orientation and sharp business sense.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Strong analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, and priority management.
